The Advanced shipping methods feature calculates shipping costs based on the order's weight and destination country. The customer can select their preferred shipping method.

Step 1
Go to the Webshop tab. In the menu on the left, click on Shipping.
Step 2
Enable your preferred shipping/collection options by clicking on the sliders next to Free shipping, Available for pick-up, and/or Delivery to pick-up points. Then select Advanced shipping methods.
Step 3
Click on the + Add shipping method button to create a new shipping method.
Step 4
Enter a minimum and maximum weight (grams), a price, and the countries you ship to.
You can also enter a weight range and thus have the shipping costs calculated based on weight. To do this, click on the + Extra weight range button.
⚠ Note: Make sure your product weights fall within the minimum and maximum weights you've set in your shipping method(s). If these values don't line up, the shipping method won't be displayed at checkout and your customers will see an error message.
✔ Tip: If you've enabled the Free shipping option, you can enter the minimum order amount for free shipping per country.
Step 5
Once you've added your preferred shipping methods, you can enter the weight of your products. Click on Products in the menu on the left and click on the + Add product button. Now that you've selected the Advanced shipping methods feature, you'll see a Weight field under Prices and product variants.
You can repeat this step for all the desired products. If a customer orders multiple products, the available shipping methods offered to the customer will be automatically determined based on the combined weight of all products in the order.
