No. You'll need to publish your website to make it live. So this means that your website is not immediately live when you purchase a domain.
In the Editor, click on the green Publish button in the top right corner to publish your site on a public website address.
You can use a free Webador address, or purchase a Webador Lite, Pro or Business plan and choose your own domain name.
If you opt for a free website address, your website will go live immediately after you publish it.
However, if you purchase a paid plan, you'll need to activate your plan and register your domain name before your site can go live.
